At Dodge City Auto we know that buying a vehicle is a big decision and therefore every vehicle we sell comes with our 7 day 1000km Exchange Policy with the following terms and conditions:
Your Vehicle must be in the same condition as at the time of sale with no more than 1000 additional kilometers from the time of sale and Dodge City must be contacted of a return by 5:00pm CST on the 7th calendar day after you received the vehicle
Your Vehicle if used can only be exchanged for another used vehicle. Your Vehicle if new can only be exchanged for another new vehicle.
Dodge City Auto will not refund delivery, finance or insurance fees paid on the originally purchased vehicle Returns are limited to one (1) per customer
If you traded in a vehicle, it will not be available to be returned to you
At the time of exchange the vehicle must be in the same condition as it was when purchased, not have been driven for more than 1000 kilometers, have all the original items it had at the time of purchase, not contain any equipment added by you (you may remove the equipment at your own expense prior to exchange) if the equipment is not removed you will not be compensated for the equipment
In no event shall cash be refunded to Customer. Customer shall be responsible for sales tax, license and other fees pertaining to the exchange vehicle.
Exchange vehicles exclude advertised units (which include internet sale priced units) and must be of an equal or greater Dealer offering price, with any trade in equity (positive or negative) and cash down payment on Your Vehicle purchase applied to the Exchange Vehicle purchase.
