Great experience. Great customer service. If you're looking for a vehicle go see my man Vin. Super guy, and very patient. Honest and down to earth. Vin didn't try and force a sale on me, rather listened and accommodated to my needs. Highly recommend.

I found a great car at an excellent price. The transaction was smooth, fast and thorough with no high pressure sales. It was good! The only thing that would have made this better would have been a more proactive stance on passing on the vehicle documentation. For example, there was no build sheet, carfax, or owners manual included with the purchase. It would have been nice to have those right off the start.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but since I was so impressed with Jeff Hartley at dodge city I felt I needed to share my experience. After looking for a truck for 4+ months at a few different dealerships in Saskatoon I finally purchased a truck at dodge city thanks to Jeff’s help. This is also my first time purchasing from a dealership, prior to this I would always buy with cash privately. Jeff was able to find me a 2015 ram 1500 sport with some sweet additions (blacked out rear windows, aftermarket exhaust, light bar, etc..). He was able to get me a superb deal on it. I am very happy with the purchase and Jeff’s 10/10 customer service. He answers the phone on his days off and kept me updated on the process along the way. I probably drove him crazy with how many time I would call him with questions. Thanks Jeff for your help and patience with me during the process. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy salesman who is willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy, please be sure to ask for Jeff when you visit dodge city in Saskatoon.

Successfully diagnosed and fixed my starter, which I am grateful for. However, they failed to do the warranty repairs despite the vehicle sitting there for four days, apparently it was "crossed off". Dealt with Darren and although he is incredibly nice, politeness cannot be used in lieu of competence. It's clear his memory is going but he does not write things down, which could indeed be helpful.
